Manage all administrative needs of the division’s employees and managers
• University degree - advantage
• 3-5 years of experience as administrative assistant
• Excellent computer skills ( PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet)
• English – mother tongue level
• Arabic – advantage
• Effectively receives, interprets, and disseminates information verbally and in writing in a manner that is clear and precise and able to be acted upon.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
